interiors

The bespoke process entails meetings where a brief will be formulated setting out the design criteria: the client’s likes and dislikes; preferred materials; any associated issues of site access; effective positioning or use of the natural features of the environment; and, of course, an agreed budget.

At each stage of the development a presentation will be made to the client and all feedback acted upon; from initial freehand sketching, to the final 3D designs on CAD. Once the final design has been agreed and approved, a 50% deposit is payable on placing the order. It is at this stage that the designs go to the workshop.

warm monitors and oversees every stage of production, performing quality control checks and ensuring the highest standard is maintained. Once the piece is finished, the balance becomes payable to enable quick, efficient delivery. The product is professionally wrapped, delivered and installed by experienced furniture handlers who will remove all protective packaging and leave you with comprehensive care instructions. A designer will often be present at this delivery to ensure that everything meets with the client’s design and installation specifications.
